Terms and condition for using our cleaning services
to be available to open and to allow the staff to carry out the service,
that he/she has the products, cleaning cloths, utensils necessary to carry out the cleaning service, and if he/she does not have them, to advise if he/she wants us to buy them for him/her, for a cost.
Have running hot water and electricity, an optimal temperature to be able to work * (in summer not more than 24o C and in winter not less than 21o C).
In case the client wants to change the time and date, it can be done without any penalty with a maximum of 72 hours before the established time and date of the service. In the event that the client cancels a service or changes the time less than 72 hours in advance, the service will be deemed to have been carried out.
The cleaning staff will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes when they come to perform a service and, for various reasons, the door is not opened, then the service will be considered to have been carried out if no one opens the door.
Once a cleaning service has started, if the service is interrupted for reasons not attributable to Equip de Servei (interruption by the client, lack of water, lack of electricity, acts of God, inclusion of people or carrying out any work and/or activity inside the property) and which prevents the cleaning work from being carried out, all the waiting time will be detrimental to the contracted time, so that once the time for carrying out the service has ended, the Equip de Servei staff will consider the service concluded and finished without any responsibility, nor will any refund be made.
The equipment, vehicles or any other resource that is used to carry out a service are NOT at the disposal of the contracting party, and therefore, without any criteria whatsoever, they may not be lent and/or used by any other person or for purposes other than those exclusively designated by Equip de Servei.
As a cleaning company we are responsible for the integrity of the staff, but it is very important that clients do NOT have firearms, open blades, dangerous products or drugs at home/offices. In case our personnel observe any of these dangerous things described above, we reserve the right to leave the premises and bill the total amount of hours.
Invoicing and payment of services: services are invoiced each month between the 16th – 24th of each month, so that your payment is processed before the 28th of each month. For customers who make bank transfer to our account, it is their responsibility to make the payment of the invoice.
For customers who want bank remittance issued by us, the commission charged by the bank issuing the remittance will be applied in addition to the total invoice. The commission can be applied to the month following its collection, because it is not always the same commission. Bank remittance is only possible for companies, not individual persons.
Civil liability in the work performed and possible claims caused:
Our company and contracted workers have liability insurance up to 750,000 €, with a minimum amount per claim of 450 €. Everything that is damaged, and the amount is less than 450 € is covered by the company, but only if it is considered new construction. Both the company and the clients have the right to have an appraiser dog in case of damages caused, and any dispute that cannot be solved amicably, can be transferred to the competences of the Barcelona Court.
The employees also have compulsory accident insurance according to the cleaning agreement, in case any damage happens to them on the clients’ premises.
Object and acceptance
